Returns
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, however, we are unable to accept returns on chart. We will, on occasion, allow returns of other materials. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to discuss your options.
Shipping
Shipping charges on all packages is based on actual shipping cost with the USPS.
Packages are generally shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
International Orders, including Canada, are shipped via USPS Airmail or Global Priority. Express Shipping is available upon request.
We strive to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday - Friday).
Orders received on Saturday/Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Insurance
Without insurance, once a package enters the postal system, we cannot guarantee its arrival to you. With stricter postal regulations and inspections, more packages, especially international packages, are being lost or delayed in transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you insure your package.
Insurance for domestic packages is calculated in the shopping cart.
Insurance for international packages is based on weight and destination. If you would like to insure your package, please email us for quotes and options.
